제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 티피태피(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 Spoilring 모바일 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (용어 정의)

• "서비스": 운영자가 제공하는 Spoilring iOS 애플리케이션 및 관련 기능 일체
• "이용자": 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자
• "유료 서비스": 등록 건수를 늘리기 위한 슬롯팩 1회 결제 기능
• "콘텐츠": 이용자가 서비스 내에 입력하는 전화번호, 이름, 메모, 태그 등의 데이터

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

① 본 약관은 서비스 이용 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

② 운영자는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 업데이트 릴리즈 노트 또는 서비스 내 공지를 통해 최소 7일 전에 고지합니다.

③ 변경 고지 후 이용자가 계속 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

제4조 (서비스 내용)

운영자는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

• 수신 전화 발신자 이름 표시
• 연락처 메모 저장 및 관리
• 데이터 가져오기 및 내보내기 (CSV, iPhone 연락처 불러오기·저장, 다른 앱에서 공유하기)
• 휴지통 (삭제한 번호 14일 보관) 및 만료일 자동 정리
• 다기기 동기화 (iCloud)

서비스는 무료 등록 건수(30건)와 유료 슬롯팩 추가 구매로 구분됩니다. 모든 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 슬롯팩 구매 시 등록 가능 건수만 증가합니다. 서비스 범위 및 기능은 운영 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전 고지합니다.

제5조 (이용요금 및 결제)

① 유료 서비스의 결제는 Apple App Store 인앱 결제를 통해서만 이루어집니다.

② 슬롯팩은 1회성 소모품(Consumable) 상품으로, 구독이 아니며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 동일 상품을 여러 번 구매할 수 있으며, 구매 시마다 등록 가능 건수가 누적 증가합니다.

③ 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따릅니다. Apple ID 설정 또는 Apple 고객지원을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.

④ 이용자가 입력한 콘텐츠는 슬롯 잔여량과 무관하게 삭제되지 않습니다. 단, 이용자가 직접 삭제하거나 만료일을 지정한 콘텐츠는 휴지통 보관 기간(14일)이 지나면 영구 삭제됩니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 개인정보를 동의 없이 서비스에 입력하는 행위
• 서비스를 스팸, 보이스피싱 또는 불법적인 영업 목적으로 이용하는 행위
• 앱의 역설계, 해킹, 불법 복제 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 관련 법령을 위반하는 모든 행위

제7조 (운영자의 의무)

① 운영자는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.

② 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.

③ 운영자는 이용자의 콘텐츠에 접근하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

제8조 (서비스의 중단)

① 운영자는 다음의 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

• 시스템 점검, 교체, 고장 수리 등 기술적 사유
• 천재지변, 국가 비상사태 등 불가항력적 사유
• 관련 법령의 변경으로 인해 서비스 제공이 불가능한 경우

② 불가피하게 서비스를 종료할 경우, 최소 30일 전에 앱 내 공지 및 앱 업데이트 릴리즈 노트로 고지합니다.

제9조 (면책 조항)

① 운영자는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 기대하는 특정 결과(영업 성과 등)에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

② iOS 업데이트, Apple 정책 변경 등 운영자의 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 서비스 장애에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

③ 이용자가 입력한 콘텐츠의 정확성, 적법성 및 제3자 권리 침해 여부는 이용자의 책임입니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)

① 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다.

② 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 먼저 hello@tippytappy.kr을 통한 협의로 해결을 시도합니다.

③ 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (연락처)

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Spoilring mobile app service (the "Service") provided by TippyTappy (the "Operator").

Article 2 — Definitions

• "Service": The Spoilring iOS application and all related features provided by the Operator
• "User": Any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
• "Paid Service": One-time slot pack purchases that increase the number of entries you can register
• "Content": Data entered by the User, including phone numbers, names, memos, and tags

Article 3 — Effect and Amendment

① These Terms take effect when you begin using the Service.

② The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via app update release notes or in-app notice.

③ Continued use of the Service after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 4 — Service Description

• Incoming caller name display
• Contact memo storage and management
• Data import and export (CSV, iPhone Contacts import and save, sharing from other apps)
• Trash (deleted numbers kept for 14 days) and automatic clean-up of expired entries
• Multi-device sync (iCloud)

The Service offers a free allowance (30 entries) with additional slot packs available for purchase. All features are free; purchasing slot packs only increases the number of entries you can register. Features may be updated over time; the Operator will provide advance notice of significant changes.

Article 5 — Fees and Payment

① All paid services are processed exclusively through Apple App Store In-App Purchase.

② Slot packs are one-time consumable products, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. The same pack may be purchased multiple times; each purchase cumulatively increases the number of entries you can register.

③ Refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Refund requests can be submitted through Apple ID Settings or Apple Support.

④ Your Content is never deleted regardless of your remaining slot balance. However, Content you delete or set an expiration date for is permanently deleted after the 14-day Trash retention period.

Article 6 — User Obligations

Users must not:

• Enter another person's personal information without their consent
• Use the Service for spam, voice phishing, or any unlawful commercial purpose
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise infringe the Operator's intellectual property
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Article 7 — Operator Obligations

① The Operator will make best efforts to provide a stable service.

② The Operator will handle personal information in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

③ The Operator will not access or share User Content with third parties.

Article 8 — Service Interruption

① The Operator may temporarily suspend the Service for: system maintenance, replacement, or repairs; force majeure events; or regulatory requirements that make the Service unlawful.

② If the Service must be permanently discontinued, the Operator will provide at least 30 days' notice via in-app announcement and app update release notes.

Article 9 — Disclaimer

① The Operator makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes from using the Service.

② The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside its control, such as iOS updates or changes in Apple's policies.

③ Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and third-party rights implications of the Content they enter.

Article 10 — Governing Law and Disputes

① These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith consultation via hello@tippytappy.kr.

③ If consultation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
